The exact text, or a description of the logo. Do not attach files here — we ask for artwork once the quotation is agreed, and it goes to private storage.

I would like the order delivered in batches rather than all at once. Useful for a counter that cannot store 200 cups, and it lets us spread the work across several kilns.

What we come back with

A written price per piece and a total, including moms.
The kiln dates we can actually hold, not the earliest we could imagine.
A note on anything in the brief that will not work — a mark too fine for the method, a glaze that will swallow the contrast, a blank that does not take the method you wanted.
A split delivery schedule if you asked for one.
